These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of tickets for Build India Vision. The website and event are operated by Coalesce Eventz India Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By using this website or buying a ticket you agree to these terms.
1. Tickets and registration
- A ticket gives one named person the right to enter the edition(s) and day(s) stated on the ticket. Each ticket has a unique QR code that is scanned at entry.
- You must provide accurate details for yourself and each attendee. We may refuse entry if the name on the ticket cannot be verified against a valid photo ID.
- Tickets are for personal use. Resale, or use for promotional purposes or prizes without our written consent, is not permitted and may result in cancellation without refund.
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment, when you receive an order confirmation email with your tickets.
2. Prices and payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes such as GST and any convenience fee are shown clearly before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Promotional codes have their own validity and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is automatically confirmed or refunded to the original payment method — contact us with the payment reference if you need help.
3. Delivery of tickets
Tickets are delivered electronically by email. No physical goods are shipped. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
4. Cancellations, refunds and transfers
Cancellations, refunds and name transfers are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Changes to the event
Programmes, speakers, timings and venues are announced in good faith but may change for reasons beyond our control. We will inform registered attendees of significant changes by email. If an edition is cancelled or postponed, the refund terms in our Cancellation & Refund Policy apply.
6. Conduct at the event
- Attendees must follow venue rules, security checks and reasonable instructions from our staff.
- We may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive, without refund.
- Please look after your belongings; we are not responsible for personal items lost at the venue.
7. Photography and recording
The event may be photographed, filmed and live-streamed. By attending you agree that your image and voice may appear in event coverage, recordings and promotional material of Build India Vision and FOAID.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, photographs and video — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Speaker presentations remain the property of their authors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a ticket is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as travel or accommodation costs, unless caused by our negligence.
10. Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, civil unrest, strikes or venue unavailability.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
