This policy explains how Coalesce Eventz India Private Limited collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the Build India Vision website, register for an edition or contact us. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.
1. Information we collect
- Booking details: name, email, mobile number, company, designation, city, state and, if you ask for a GST invoice, your GSTIN and business name. For each ticket we collect the attendee’s name and contact details and answers to registration questions.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference, payment method type and status — never your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
- Enquiries: details you submit through our forms, email or WhatsApp.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, referring website and campaign parameters (for example UTM tags or partner links), collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use it
- To confirm your registration, issue tickets and GST invoices, manage entry and check-in, and send event updates and reminders.
- To process payments, refunds and prevent fraud.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To measure and improve our website and marketing, including attributing bookings to partners and campaigns.
- To send you news about Build India Vision and FOAID if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the ticket checkout, and analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure campaigns. A partner or referral cookie may be stored for up to 30 days to credit the partner who referred you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then not work correctly.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers who help us run the event — payment gateway (Razorpay), email delivery, hosting, analytics and check-in tools — under confidentiality obligations;
- venue and security partners, limited to what is needed for entry;
- authorities when required by law.
We will not share your contact details with sponsors or exhibitors without your consent.
5. Data retention
Booking and invoice records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting laws (generally eight years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
6. Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption, access to booking data is restricted to authorised staff, and payment data is handled only by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing, or nominate another person to exercise your rights. Email registration@foaidindia.in and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children
Our events are intended for professionals and students aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent.
